About Vivace

Founded by owner, principal and teacher Alison Crossley in 1998, Vivace School of Music started as a "vision". Being an experienced and enthusiastic teacher herself, Ms Crossley dreamt of creating a place where she could nurture and share her passion for music with both teachers and students alike, and has since gone on to create exactly that.

 Vivace School of Music is now proudly represented in Northlakes and Kedron, by a team of 18 teachers and administrative staff, and an ever growing student population.

 At Vivace School of Music we pride ourselves on providing nothing less than quality music tuition. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, or 4 years of age to adult,  we can cater for your individual instrumental and vocal requirements in a private and professional one on one environment.

 In air conditioned and sound friendly studios, students participate in individual private lessons with the full attention of their teacher at all times, all of whom hold a current Blue Card. Facilities also provide easy viewing of lessons by parents or carers at any time.

Our many young and enthusiastic teachers, who are each completely passionate about their instrument, are eager to share with you their musical knowledge and experience. Whilst music is a proven way of improving cognitive ability from a very early age, we also believe learning music is not just about the notes on the page, but is about the experience of making, sharing and enjoying music!
